“Going through a difficult season in life? At the end of your rope? Feel like nothing you try helps? We all go through times of struggling and pain, sometimes from our present circumstances, sometimes from the lingering impact of our past. I believe that hope for healing and change is possible for each one of us.
It is my desire to for you to feel truly heard and understood. I want to meet you where you are and walk with you in your pain, hurt, anger, sadness, grief, loss, stress or anxiety. My hope is that you might find a safe place to honestly approach the pain in your life, and to find comfort and help in the midst of it.
By growing in our self-awareness and risking to change the ways we live our lives, we can live more fully, more wholly, as the unique person God created us, and the life story that is only ours. I have a passion for walking with people from all walks of life in the midst of their pain. There is hope. You do not have to be alone. Change is real and possible.”
