He works with both adults and adolescents struggling with interpersonal and emotional issues including; family of origin, marriage and family, sexual addiction, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, anger, relational issues, as well as those who have experienced marginalization due to sexual orientation, race, and religious beliefs.
“I love to step into peoples’ worlds and care for them as they work to navigate what it means to regain power and rediscover their voice. Each individual I meet has a story that involves hardship and pain, but I strive to provide a safe space for clients that will foster hope and growth because we were designed for so much more. Through a corrective relational experience, I want my clients to walk away knowing that relationships can be authentic and that they have the skills to make a change in their own lives. Each person’s story is worth being told and I would feel honored to step into your story today.”

Sam is supervised by Lianne Johnson, LPC (license #2003031565)
