Avenues Counseling is a mission-driven nonprofit committed to making quality mental health services accessible to all. We serve a diverse range of clients from across the St. Louis area through our Richmond Heights and Ferguson offices, as well as via telehealth. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services (individual, couples, and/or family) in-person or via telehealth
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our online EMR system
  • Attend weekly staff meetings

Qualifications

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, CIT, LMSW, PsyD, or PhD
  • Clinical experience with individual therapy (internship experience qualifies)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating well within a team
  • Willingness to learn electronic health record systems (EHR)
