Loss can be experienced in many ways, whether through death, a relationship ending, a job change, hopes crushed, infertility, a life-altering diagnosis for you or a loved one, a move to a new city, or many other life events. At times, we experience loss in a situation when we would not have anticipated such a feeling.
Loss often leads us to grief. When we grieve, we experience pain in the midst of our suffering and sorrow as we begin to process what the loss means to us, and what life looks like in our new reality.
