Graduating from an Intensive Outpatient Program is a milestone—but lasting recovery takes continued support. Our aftercare program keeps teens and caregivers connected to therapeutic guidance, peer support, and practical tools, helping them sustain progress, prevent setbacks, and thrive together long after treatment ends.

 

For Teens

Skills Review Group is a bi-monthly group for IOP graduates!

This group will…

         Refine and Strengthen Skills – Teens revisit and reinforce key DBT concepts, helping them become more confident and consistent in using them.

         Receive Ongoing Support Participants can ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and connect with peers who’ve shared similar experiences.

         Maintain Progress These sessions offer continued structure and connection to help ease the transition from treatment to everyday life. 

When:

Thursdays (bi-monthly) from 6:30-8pm | Pizza is provided at no additional charge.

For Caregivers

Monthly Parenting Support Group for parents and caregivers of IOP graduates 

Parenting a teen who has completed an Intensive Outpatient Program is a major achievement—but the journey doesn’t stop there. This monthly group offers a supportive space for parents and caregivers to continue learning, growing, and navigating life beyond intensive treatment. 

What to Expect:

  • Practical tools to reinforce DBT skills at home
  • Support for real-life parenting challenges
  • A space for encouragement and connection with others who truly understand
  • Strategies to strengthen relationships, maintain boundaries, and support your teen’s ongoing progress

When:

9:30–11:00 AM  |  2nd Saturday of each month

Where:

Cost:

$60 |  Insurance accepted and scholarships are available based on need

 

Email reminders are sent a week in advance for the group sessions. Graduates must confirm 48 hours in advance if they plan to attend the group. Our late cancellation fee applies.
