Meredith is a PLPC and has received her Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. Meredith received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Family Studies from John Brown University and has experience in the community mental health setting.
Meredith works with people experiencing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, abuse, family of origin issues, trauma, and grief. Meredith seeks to provide a safe space for people to explore and process their struggles and to find a way to be more grounded, confident, and healthy. Meredith embraces an integrative approach including a lens toward experiential, attachment, and family systems theories, trauma-informed care, mind-body connection, and the individual needs of the client.
“I believe in the therapeutic process of relationship; we are more equipped to heal when we feel connected, seen, and known. I hope my clients experience warmth and safety, the ability to process their hurts and struggles, and growth toward healing and flourishing.”
