“What would happen if people knew they could be vulnerable, authentic, and still loved, seen, and known? What if people knew they could have needs, wants, and desires and still be worthy? What if behind every struggle, heartache, and sickness, there were people with hearts wide open withcompassion and curiosity? I want to be the kind of counselor who helps people find these answers out, by being alongside them in their journey. I believe that we are emoting, thinking, sensing, developing, embodied beings, all of which is interconnected and matters when it comes to our mental and emotional health.”
