“As a parent, I often wish I had known about a program to help my teens navigate anxiety, school bullying, and the everyday ups and downs of adolescence. I also wish I had felt better supported and more equipped to help them through those challenges. Through our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where teens can learn practical coping skills for the challenges they face at home or school, while also providing caregivers with the education and tools they need to better support their teens.”
Cindy is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and is dedicated to working with people of all ages and backgrounds. She tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each person’s unique needs, ensuring that every client receives personalized care and support. She finds joy in understanding the intricacies of people’s stories—recognizing how their past experiences have shaped them—and empowering them to find growth and healing.
