AJ is a CIT and has received her Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Mizzou. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Truman State University.

AJ is passionate about working with individuals of all ages facing anxiety, depression, relational issues, family of origin issues, and life transitions. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, she strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. By doing so, AJ integrates various therapeutic approaches to best suit each client’s needs, helping them achieve personal growth, healing, and a greater sense of empowerment and well-being.

“I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and empowerment, no matter where they are in life. My mission is to help you tap into your strengths and authenticity (or true authentic self) in an environment that is safe and welcoming. It can be incredibly challenging when life seems uncertain and difficult, but I hope to walk with you along this journey as you heal, explore your potential and unique qualities, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.”
