Mari is a PLPC with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. Mari is passionate about walking alongside teens, adults, and couples as they navigate anxiety, depression, relational wounds, and identity/self-esteem concerns.

Mari believes healing begins within the safety of a genuine and compassionate relationship. Her approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, grounded in the belief that we are not meant to do life alone. She helps clients deepen awareness of their emotions, strengthen their sense of safety, and build capacity for meaningful change. As a bilingual counselor (English/Spanish), Mari also strives to make therapy accessible and culturally attuned for those who may not have felt understood in traditional spaces.

Areas of Focus: Anxiety & Depression, Relational wounds, Identity and self-esteem, Abuse (physical, emotional, sexual) and trauma recovery, Cultural struggles

“Asking for help takes courage. If you’re considering therapy, know that it’s okay to take your time. When you’re ready, my hope is to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to explore what healing can look like for you.”
