Jaclyn received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University. She meets with teens, adults, and couples.
Jaclyn welcomes individuals facing a wide variety of grief, transitions, uncertainty, and hardship. She has walked with those dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, childhood, and adult trauma. Creating a safe and affirming space where individuals are invited to show up exactly as they are, she believes that real growth happens in the context of a safe relationship where you are truly seen and heard—and when you start to believe that your story matters. As a counselor, Jaclyn brings a trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. She is trained in evidence-based practices, but also tailors her work to what feels most helpful and meaningful to her clients. When you’re ready, Jaclyn is here to walk alongside you.
“You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just plain exhausted—mentally, emotionally, or even physically. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety or depression that just won’t let up, working through the weight of past trauma, or finding it hard to adjust to a life change you didn’t see coming. You might be realizing that your boundaries aren’t being respected or maybe you're not even sure what healthy boundaries look like. Whatever brought you here, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.”
Jaclyn is under the supervision of Christina Basham, LPC (License #2016041662) and Jonathan Hart, LPC (License # 2008027389).
