Allie is currently a graduate student earning a Master of Arts in Counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Life Education from Samford University.

Allie is passionate about working with people of all ages struggling with grief, trauma, relational issues, depression, anxiety, shame, and life transitions. She has experience working with teens in the foster system in a community mental health setting. Allie uses an attachment-based, integrative approach to counseling. Viewing people through a trauma-informed lens, she seeks to cultivate an environment of safety and connection in the counseling room to help clients reach their goals. She aspires to use creativity and collaboration to help people gain an experiential understanding of what it means to heal from deep wounds.

“I consider it an honor to sit with people in their pain and celebrate with them in their victories. I seek to cultivate a space where you can bring your full self and be met with warmth and compassion. My hope is that you discover what it means to live fully and embrace your worth, value, and beauty. It is an immensely brave thing to seek out counseling, and I am excited to walk with you as we explore your life story together.”
